The St.Martinus University

All academic matters,including
grades,grading policies and probationary
standing while students are enrolled in
the Basic Science Segment are within the
purview of the Faculty of Medicine s
Promotions Committee.This committee submits
its recommendations to the Dean of the Faculty
of Medicine.The Dean will consult with the
committee and render a final decision.
This committe s
responsibility is to evaluate and assess
ongoing programs for all four years.In addition,the
committe assesses new trends for changes
and/or additional programs based on current
medical education standards that are compatible
with our faculty and resources.
This committee evaluates
and interviews candidates based on standards
of eligibility factors as listed in the
catalogue.Its suggestions are recommended
to the Principal who will make and initiate
the final decision as to a potential student
s eligibility.
A faculty advisor is assigned
to each student on first enrollment.Students
are encouraged to contact their advisors
for counseling on academic or other school
issues.
